All signs, handbills,
flyers and displays to be posted or
distributed on campus must be approved
by completing the Student Posting
Authorization form available in
Department of Campus Life in Room 424
of the University Center. Once the
Student Posting Authorization form is
completed, the original copy of the
material to be posted or distributed will
be stamped by the Department of
Campus Life and then may be copied and
posted or distributed. The following
rules govern the posting and distribution
of materials on the UCO Campus:
a) The name of the sponsoring group
or unit must appear on each flyer.
b) Publicity promoting the use of alcohol
or illegal behavior is prohibited.
c) All posters without a stamp of approval
from the Department of Campus Life or
those remaining up beyond the approval
period or date of the event will be
removed.
