The following activities involving the use of University Computer Resources and Facilities (including computers, computer networks, connections to network services such as the Internet and web pages, subscriptions to external computing services, any peripheral devices, computer labs, computing centers, public access areas and any SMU-provided computing) are prohibited and may result, at a minimum, in the immediate denial of computer access and privileges:
* Transmitting unsolicited information that contains obscene, indecent, lewd or lascivious material.
Prohibited Behavior under the Student Conduct Codes:
11. Disorderly conduct [Note: This may also apply to actions off-campus.]
12. Sexual misconduct (unwelcome and/or unwanted contact/conduct of a sexual nature), lewd, indecent, or obscene conduct or expression on College-owned or -controlled property or at College-sponsored or supervised functions. [Note: This may also apply to actions off-campus.]
18. Acts or expression (to include in person or via technological means of delivery) of racial, ethnic, sexual, or religious discrimination or bias-related harassment.
No person, either singly or in concert with others, shall:
(k) willfully incite others to commit any of the acts herein prohibited with specific intent to procure them to do so.
