The purpose is to track the nature of bias motivated incidents on and off the UWGB campus in an effort to prevent future behaviors and to help maintain a positive learning, living and working environment within our community. Examples may include but are not limited to the use of degrading language or slurs, spoken or written directed at women, men, gays, lesbian, racist, anti-semitic, etc.

These regulations are intended to:
promote and enhance general guidelines for use of University A. facilities,
B. protect the mission and the image of the University,
C. insure the safe use of University facilities, and
D. provide a mechanism to resolve conflicts and to advise the campus president.

The policy on the distribution of written materials is intended to establish guidelines for posting of materials, which will allow for the promotion of
ideas and events pertinent to the campus community. This policy is also intended to establish a consistent standard with respect to what is
acceptable for posting and the timeframes for which these materials may be posted and subsequently removed.

The purpose of this Campus Access and Facility Use Policy is to provide information to employees, students, and members of the public about the College’s means of protecting freedom of speech and association in those areas of College premises that are open to public expression, in a manner that is consistent with the College’s goal of providing educational opportunities in an environment that is conducive to learning.
