Recognition of Student Rights

By becoming a member of Faulkner State Community College, students do not forfeit any rights of citizenship. The College will strive to protext the individual freedoms and rights of students listed below:
1. Freedom of speech and expression;
2. Freedom of assembly;
3. Freedom of inquiry;
4. Freedom from all acts of violence;
5. Freedom from interference with the learning experience/educational environment;
6. Freedom from unfair or obscene treatment and acts of personal violence from any member of the College community, as was as other from outside the community;
