Next Monday, FIRE President and CEO Greg Lukianoff will discuss free speech, campus life, and comedy at a Stanford University screening of the FIRE-supported documentary Can We Take a Joke?—and you can be there.
The Stanford Constitutional Law Center will host the screening next Monday, January 30, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Stanford’s Paul Brest Hall.
Greg will be in attendance to talk with attendees and answer questions after the screening.
The event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required and space is limited, so sign up today to reserve your spot.
If you’re a Stanford student or will be in the Palo Alto area, don’t miss this great opportunity for some laughs and a look at the current free speech climate on campus and beyond.
If you can’t make the event, there are still plenty of ways to watch this great documentary, including fast and easy downloading via iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon Instant Video. You can also check if your cable provider is playing Can We Take a Joke? on demand. Here’s a full rundown of all the ways you can watch.
If you’d like to host your own screening, email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
