The Resident Advisor will work with the Residence Hall Government in developing programs which meet the residents’ needs. Programs should focus on the following: developing community, developing life skills, and valuing diversity.

3. Act in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the University and the Campus Housing Office, and educate students in these areas in a positive manner.
4. Recognize personal strengths and limitations, and actively make attempts to work on both.
5. Understand and accept that the position demands commitment in terms of flexibility, honesty, sincerity and time, and to demonstrate good judgment in balancing academic, personal, and position-related responsibilities.
