Senior Program Officer, Policy Reform
Mary Griffin (née Zoeller), attorney and Philadelphia native, is a graduate of Furman University with a degree in political science and religion, and of Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova Law, Mary served as a managing editor of student works for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and as the chapter president of the Federalist Society. A former FIRE legal intern, Mary is a member of FIRE’s policy reform team that works collaboratively to educate the public, students, faculty, and administrators about written policies that comply with the First Amendment — and to revise them when they do not.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys yoga, travel, interior design, and pampering her golden retriever, Colby.
