See You In Court: The College That Prevented a Student From Handing Out Constitutions is Sued in Federal Court

As should come as a surprise to just about no one, the student who was prevented from handing out copies of the Constitution on September 17—also known as Constitution Day—filed suit against his college in federal court today. I wrote about the case in more detail last month, but you can also relive his surreal ordeal in this video:
Modesto Junior College student Robert Van Tuinen is suing the Yosemite Community College District and Modesto Junior College administrators for violating his free speech rights both under the California Constitution and the First Amendment.
