sexual abuse definitions

The following principles have been designed to serve as guidelines for student conduct pertaining to discrimination,
rape, date rape, and sexual harassment. The college has zero tolerance toward these forms of behavior:
–Sexual abuse is prohibited and will not be tolerated. Actions considered sexual abuse include, but are not limited to, sexual harassment, coercion, threats or use of force, any actual or threatened non-consensual sexual act, rape and date rape.

–Hazing and harassment in any form including sexual,
racial, or ideological that causes disturbance or distress to other members of the college community is also unacceptable.
