Sign up for FIRE's Faculty Network for a chance to win a $25 gift card!

FIRE is once again surveying our Faculty Network members in order to get a better understanding of our faculty supporters’ interests, how they use FIRE’s resources, and how we can best serve them with our programming.

If you’re interested in signing up for FIRE’s Faculty Network, which provides members with regular news updates, resources, and programs curated by FIRE for our faculty supporters, now is the perfect time to do so! Not only will you have the opportunity to tell FIRE a little bit more about yourself and give your impressions on important trends in higher education, but if you complete the survey by Friday, May 7, you’ll be eligible to win one of 25 Amazon gift cards worth $25 each.

Here’s how it works: Once you sign up for the network, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes links to a number of FIRE resources, including a link to take our survey. The survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. If you’re already a member of the Faculty Network, you will hopefully have received our most recent monthly newsletter in your inbox, which likewise contains a link to take the survey. If you didn’t receive our emails, or for any reason have difficulty completing or submitting the survey, let us know by emailing facultyoutreach@thefire.org

Additionally, interested faculty should note that FIRE is currently accepting presentation proposals for our 2021 Faculty Network Conference, taking place in downtown Chicago this fall from Oct. 14-16. We encourage faculty and graduate students from all fields to apply!

While our Faculty Network survey is short and informal, it gives us valuable insight into the common interests and concerns of our members, provides useful direction to our programming, and has laid the groundwork for a number of valuable collaborations. Thanks very much to all our supporters for taking the time to help!
