4. Disorderly or inappropriate conduct
This includes, but is not limited to, conduct which has the effect of unreasonably disrupting the life of, or interfering with the activities of, persons or groups in the College community; obscene or indecent acts.
Discriminatory harassment: Harassment is discriminatory if taken with the purpose or effect of differentiating on the basis of another person’s race, sex, color, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or Vietnam-veteran status. Actions or expressions which substantially interfere with another’s educational opportunities, peaceful enjoyment of residence, physical security, or terms or conditions of employment and which are not protected by guarantees of free speech or principles of academic freedom constitute discriminatory harassment.
