The university will not tolerate any speech on campus which presents a clear and present danger
to the persons and property within the campus community. The privilege of any speaker to speak on
campus will be denied if it reasonably appears that such speaker would advocate:
• Violent overthrow of the government.
• Willful destruction or seizure of school property.
• Disruption or forceful impairment of education functions.
• Physical harm, coercion, intimidation or other invasion of lawful rights of the school officials,
faculty, or students.
