V. General Student Conduct Regulations

The University may take disciplinary action against a student or student organization that willfully engages or attempts to engage in any of the actions listed below. The University may take disciplinary action against a student organization when the alleged violation may reasonably be held to be a collective act of that organization.

Sexual harassment (peer) – Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal, physical or written activity of a sexual nature when such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s academic performance or creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive living or academic environment, regardless of whether the alleged harasser or person being harassed are members of the same or opposite sex;
