Sexual Harassment (Level 1) shall mean unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when such conduct is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it unreasonably interferes with, limits, or deprives an individual from participating in or benefiting from the University’s education or employment programs and/or activities. Sexual Harassment includes but is not limited to Sexual Misconduct, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Sex-Based Stalking
