In order to balance the interests of the university in maintaining a campus environment that is aesthetically pleasing, free from rampant commercial activity, and consistent with the university’s public affairs mission, the university has established this policy detailing the permissible nature in which advertising, sales, solicitations and facilities may be used for commercial purposes.

Note: This policy does not apply to non-commercial expressive activity, which is instead subject to G5.02 Expressive Activity Policy.
