Sexual harassment: Prohibited verbal or nonverbal conduct on the basis of sex (including sex, pregnancy, pregnancy-related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression). Under Title IX, the following types of conduct constitute sexual harassment and are prohibited under this policy:
