The new Supreme Court term is almost here. Last term saw historic wins that strengthened constitutional protections and advanced individual liberty. What will this term bring?

Join Pacific Legal Foundation, the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), and the National Review Institute on Friday, September 29, at Top of the Hill in Washington, DC, for a lunchtime panel discussion about the new Supreme Court term. Legal experts, including one of the nation’s top Supreme Court litigators, will discuss key upcoming cases at the Court, giving attendees an inside perspective on what’s at stake. The audience will also have an opportunity to ask questions, including about cases still being considered for review by the Justices.
