If You Want to See Me on Video...
On Monday, I had the privilege of appearing at the American Enterprise Institute in a panel discussion with Roger Bowen, the general secretary of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP), Anne Neal, the president of the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA), and Daniel Klein, an associate professor of economics at Santa Clara University and the director of its Civil Society Institute. The topic was “A ‘Liberal’ Education? The Effects of Ideology in the Classroom,” and you can see a video of the event or read a transcript. For those who don’t have two hours to spend watching a webcast, there is a nice (and brief) summary of our respective remarks in The Corner.
