Sexual Harassment Any unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors or any conduct of a sexual nature when: ... Such conduct has the purpose or effect of substantially interfering with an individual’s employment or educational performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, offensive environment for that individual’s working, educational and/or living environment; or such conduct was so severe or pervasive that it altered the condition of employment or effectively denies a person equal access to the recipient’s education program or activity.
