To encourage individuals to voice their concerns, Harvard University has an Anonymous Reporting Hotline which provides the opportunity to report concerns in an anonymous manner.
The Anonymous Reporting Hotline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is run by an independent, third-party provider. There are two ways to report: you can submit a report online or call or call the toll-free number to speak with an operator: 877-694-2275.
The Hotline is meant for reporting ethical, integrity, safety, security, and compliance concerns in situations where you may not feel comfortable speaking with a supervisor or other resource. This hotline may be used by members of our community, such as students, faculty, postdocs, staff, patients, vendors and contractors, and visitors to our campuses, anywhere in the world.
