Use of any other organization's networks or computing resources must comply with the rules appropriate for that network. Transmission of any material in violation of any state, federal, or international statute, and or a violation of copyright or intellectual property rights laws is prohibited. Use for non-institutional related commercial activities or political lobbying is, likewise, prohibited.
