Sexual Harassment, as an umbrella category, includes the actual or aempted offenses of sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dang violence, and stalking, and is defined as: 

Conduct on the basis of sex or that is sexual that sasfies one or more of the following: ...

2) Sexual Harassment: 

a) unwelcome conduct, 

b) determined by a reasonable person,
