“Hostile Environment Harassment” means unwelcome sexual advances requests for sexual favors and other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature that, based on totality of circumstances, is subjectively and objectively offensive and is so severe or pervasive that it limits or denies a person’s ability to participate in or benefit from LMU’s Education Program or Activity.

“Sexual Harassment” means unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances or unsolicited requests for sexual favors, (Quid pro quo Harassment) and Hostile Environment Harassment as defined in this Policy). Sexual Harassment includes exposing one’s genitals in non-consensual circumstances, coercing another against their will to expose their genitals or breasts and prostituting another person.
