III. Event Planning Select University Facilities may be reserved for events by faculty members, staff members, Student Organizations (as defined in Policy # 04.34.01) and External Groups (as defined in Policy #04.34.01) while allowing for university operations to continue unimpeded. Overnight reservations are not permitted in any University Facility or space other than residence halls...1. All university policies, regulations, and guidelines, and all local, state and federal laws will be followed. 2.
