All materials to be posted must adhere to the following general publicity guidelines:

The organization sponsoring the event must have their name and contact information
(phone number, email, website, QR code linked to a website) visible on the front of all
publicity materials. Promotion for closed events must be by invitation and may not be
done through public channels.
 

Proposed artwork must not bully, demean, harass or intimidate groups or individuals.

Materials must reflect a responsible attitude towards alcohol.
