The University recognizes the right to freedom of expression and the free interchange of ideas, including the right to peaceful and orderly protests and demonstrations. The University also recognizes that protests and demonstrations should not disrupt University operations, restrict movement of members of the University Community on and around campus, and/or interfere with the safety or security of members of the University Community. Students are expected to uphold the policies contained within the Honor Code, other University Policies, as well as applicable laws, and will be held accountable for any violations, including, but not limited to University Policies of Interference, Noncompliance, and Property Damage.
