Behavior of a harassing, discriminating nature, but not rising to meet the level of Sexual Misconduct, which negatively impacts the University community is prohibited even though such behavior may not constitute actionable Sexual Misconduct, Sex Discrimination, or Sexual Harassment as defined by law. Prohibited Sexual Conduct in accordance with this Policy includes words and conduct that intimidates, exploits, insults, demeans, disrespects, or embarrasses any individual within the University community.
