12.1 Obstructing or disrupting teaching, research, or other university activities on university premises. Obstruction and/or disruption may occur through alarming others; making unreasonable noise; creating a hazardous or lewd condition by any act, which violates applicable university policy or regulation. Care must be exercised in order to preserve freedoms of speech and expression, as articulated in current legal standards.
