This position, which may be based either in the New York City area or at FIRE's headquarters in Philadelphia, will provide an individual with a unique experience at FIRE. In addition to serving as the president's personal assistant, one of the main duties for this position will be to assist in researching and writing articles, opinion pieces, academic writings, and even books. The Assistant to the President will gain a wide range of experience in nonprofit operations. This rare opportunity is perfect for an individual who cares about furthering FIRE's defense of basic rights on campus and is seeking to gain experience in the nonprofit sector.
