FIRE in Grand Rapids on Thursday
Azhar Majeed, FIRE's Associate Director of Legal and Public Advocacy, will be in Grand Rapids on Thursday for the final stop of his Midwest speaking tour. See him at 6 p.m. at Grand Valley State's Pew Campus in downtown Grand Rapids, Room 136E.
The Center for Inquiry at Grand Valley State University and Grand Rapids Community College will co-host his lecture on current trends in campus liberty. He will discuss some of FIRE's most egregious cases and describe how students and faculty can work together to avoid similar problems on their campuses.
