FIRE Tops 2,500 Followers on Twitter

We are pleased to announce that FIRE has passed the 2,500-follower mark on the micro-blogging site Twitter. We couldn't have achieved this rapid growth without your support; after all, it was only a few months ago that we were pleased to have more than 2,000 followers.

Twitter has helped FIRE get the word out about our cases in a new way and to a new audience. We appreciate our followers who have retweeted our work and helped spread the word about threats to freedom on campus. Through Twitter we can reach our followers with timely, quick updates and they, in turn, can alert us to new instances of censorship on campus.
