Readers get a detailed breakdown of students’ rights in college and university disciplinary hearings, including sexual misconduct hearings. FIRE has also included an updated overview of recent legislative, judicial, and administrative developments affecting student due process rights.
The guide was coauthored by FIRE co-founder and former Board chairman Harvey Silverglate and attorney Josh Gewolb. FIRE Vice President of Legal and Public Advocacy Will Creeley edited the second edition.
