On the Tragedy in Boston

The hearts of those of us at FIRE go out to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings yesterday, as well as to their families and to the city of Boston. Along with the rest of America, we watched the unfolding events of yesterday with horror. Some of us were closer than others; FIRE President Greg Lukianoff has been in Boston since Sunday night for speeches this week at Harvard and Wellesley, and FIRE Co-founder and Chairman Harvey Silverglate has been a resident of nearby Cambridge for decades. We join the rest of FIRE's hometown of Philadelphia (and, really, all Americans) in affirming that our thoughts are with Bostonians today.
