Arkansas Times LP v. Waldrip amicus brief U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit
Arkansas Times LP v. Waldrip, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Apr. 16, 2019
Amici: Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, Institute for Free Speech

FIRE and IFS argued that the type of boycott targeted by Arkansas’ law is a political boycott protected by the First Amendment.
