Angela Erickson
Angela is the Vice President of Research at FIRE, where she defends and promotes free speech with evidence-based research and analysis. Angela previously built a research team at Pacific Legal Foundation and was a senior research analyst at the Institute for Justice. Her research has been cited in major news outlets including Good Morning America, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. It has been cited on the floors of Congress and state legislatures, by presidential administrations, and by two sitting Supreme Court Justices.
Angela lives in Kentucky with her mellifluous husband and their three children. She earned a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree from Beloit College.
