The posting of materials in public areas must be approved by the Housing and Residence Life Office. The Housing and Residence Life Office reserves the right to refuse postings that contain rude, vulgar, indecent, or obscene expressions...Housing and Residence Life will approve items with a designated signature and date. Items that do not have the stamp and approval of Housing and Residence Life will be removed immediately. Only Housing and Residence Life functions or announcements may be placed in the glass areas and on doors. Fliers are not permitted to be posted on entrance doorways. Establishments not associated with the University (i.e., businesses, restaurants, taverns, etc.) may not post flyers in any residential area.
