[R]esidents may not engage in threatening or harassing conduct that is directed against other residents, guests, or members of the Housing & Residence Life staff. Any form of threatening or harassing conduct will be considered grounds for serious disciplinary action by Housing & Residence Life and may also be referred to other University disciplinary systems.
