Prohibited Conduct:

1) Sexual harassment – Any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or other harassing or physical conduct of a sexual nature when: … c. Such conduct is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive from the perspective of a reasonable person in the victim’s position, considering all circumstances, so as to have the effect of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work or educational environment, which substantially limits or interferes with an individual’s work or educational performance or opportunities.

2) HarassmentVerbal or physical conduct that is directed at an individual because of the individual’s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law, and that is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive so as to have the effect of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive employment or educational environment, which substantially limits or interferes with an individual’s employment or educational performance or opportunities.
