C. Acts of sexual misconduct are antithetical to the values of an academic institution, and the College will not tolerate such acts. The College defines sexual misconduct as any nonconsensual sexual conduct or contact. There is a range of such behavior which includes but is not limited to:
1. Harassment such as torment, intimidation, persistent demands for sexual participation, language that is deemed to be verbally abusive, unwanted touching and repeated questioning concerning another's sexual activity or sexual orientation.
2. Sexual misconduct may also include any unwanted act of physical sexual contact ranging from fondling to rape. Sexual misconduct occurs when the offender:
f. knows the sexual contact is offensive to the individual.
