University men and women are expected to conform to high standards of adult behavior, both on and off campus. Judicial regulations of the University community exist to serve as a guide for each student and to ensure the proper atmosphere necessary for the academic and social life of each student. Judicial action will be taken against students whose conduct adversely affects the University community and/or the pursuit of its objectives.
Students are expected to respect the rights of all members of the University community. In order to protect these rights, the following regulations have been established and any violation will subject a student to judicial action. According to the gravity of such violations, sanctions up to and including suspension or expulsion from the University may be imposed.
2. Hazing, intimidation or harassment (including phone and computer harassment) of other students is prohibited.
3. Verbal abuse or harassment of a University student staff member, while the individual is carrying out duties and responsibilities associated with his/her position, is not permitted.
