The following conduct is prohibited and violates our University Community standards and may subject a student, or a student organization to sanctions under the Code:

Verbal abuse, intimidation, coercion or bullying which is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive so as to interfere with or limit another student’s ability to participate in or benefit from the educational services, activities or opportunities offered by the University.

Acts of bullying or cyberbullying that is unwanted and malicious behavior which undermines an individual or group through persistently negative attacks. The behavior is calculated to undermine, patronize, humiliate, intimidate or demean the recipient.
