Tyler MacQueen
In his role as Director of Multimedia, Tyler oversees FIRE’s creative strategy and its multimedia team, which manages FIRE’s social media channels, produces its content, and develops engaging storytelling and messaging to position the organization as the premier free speech advocate online. An experienced manager and storyteller, Tyler has an accomplished track record of developing visually compelling content that informs, inspires, and scales audiences.
In this role, Tyler has directed Emmy-winning actor John Cleese in “Silly Walks and Free Speech Talks” and written and produced documentary episodes of So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast. He represented FIRE during the production of the documentary short film, “Bodies Upon The Gears,” directed by Oscar-winner Paul Wagner, and his commentary has been published in The Dispatch and Law and Liberty.
Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Ashland University, where he graduated as an Ashbrook Scholar. A proud son of the Buckeye State, he resides in Northern Virginia.
