What is a FIRE member?

Members are FIRE donors who contribute $25 or more every year. As a member, you will receive special FIRE updates and have opportunities to interact with FIRE staff, along with other perks. But more importantly, you’ll join a community of people from all walks of life and every political persuasion who are united by a shared commitment to defending free speech for all Americans.

What are the benefits of membership?

Our members enjoy special perks, including a personalized membership card, invitations to events and conferences, and a print subscription to the FIRE Quarterly magazine. Members also have access to our exclusive monthly members-only webinar, which allows you to ask questions to FIRE staffers in real time.

I donate to FIRE annually. Am I already a member?

If you donate $25 or more annually, yes, you are already a member and have full access to your benefits.

How do I access my FIRE member benefits?

You can access your benefits using FIRE’s Member Portal, where you’ll be able to view recent issues of the FIRE Quarterly, watch previous members-only webinars, see upcoming events, and find other FIRE resources. If you’re a member and haven’t yet registered for the Member Portal, click here.

Plus, some of your benefits will come right to you! If we have an address on file for you, you’ll receive your personalized member card and the FIRE Quarterly in the mail. You’ll also receive emails with special member updates, invitations to events, and our monthly member webinar registration reminders — all in your inbox.

How do I access my donation history and receipts? How do I make changes to my level or frequency of support?

You can access your donation history, download gift receipts for any gifts made through our website, and manage your recurring donations here. If your gift was made through a third-party or offline, you can reach out to support@fire.org and submit a request.
